Using this site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use the tools.
What you get
A set of browser tools, free to use, with no account. The tools run on your device and do not upload your files. That is the whole offer.
Provided as is
The tools come with no warranty of any kind. There is no promise that a tool is correct, fits your purpose, is available at any given time, or will keep working the same way. You use them at your own risk.
Still in development
Most tools are marked alpha or beta. Output can be wrong or incomplete, behaviour can change between visits, and a tool can break. Keep your original files. Check every result before you send it, print it, or file it. The full note is on the disclaimer page.
Your responsibility
You pick the files and you check the output. Do not use a tool for anything where a wrong result causes harm without verifying the result yourself first. The tools do not give legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice; a document a tool builds is only as correct as what you typed into it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site, and do not use it to process content that is unlawful where you are. Since the tools run entirely in your browser, what you do with them is on you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, this project is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the tools or from being unable to use them, including lost or corrupted files and lost time. Nothing here removes a liability that cannot be removed by law.
Support
There is no guaranteed support and no service level. You can report a problem or send a suggestion, and it will be read, but there is no promise of a fix or a reply by any date.
Intellectual property
The site and the tools belong to the project. Your files and their contents remain yours; the project never receives them.
Changes
These terms can change. The new version replaces this page and the date below changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
